Project Updates
You may have noticed continued progress across several properties on site as the roofing programme moves through its next phases.
Works to properties 17–22 are now nearing completion. The installation of the new roof tiles, fascia boards, and guttering is almost finished. As part of the final stages of these works, temporary scaffolding staging will be installed around the four chimney stacks at these properties during the course of this week. This is being put in place to allow our contractors safe access to carry out re-rendering works to the chimney stacks, which are scheduled to take place next week.
Scaffolding has now also been erected at properties 23–24. The fascia and guttering works to these properties have already been completed, and our roofing team is scheduled to begin the roof tiling works towards the end of this week or early next week.
In addition, scaffolding works are currently being completed at properties 6–11. Once the scaffolding is finalised, our carpentry team will begin installing the new fascia and guttering early next week. Roofing works to these properties are currently planned to begin towards the end of the month.
We appreciate your patience while these works are ongoing and will continue to provide updates as the project progresses.

Skip Exchanges
Please see the agreed location for the upcoming skip delivery. We have carefully selected this area to be as least disruptive as possible to resident car parking.
That said, in order to safely and efficiently exchange skips, we do need to plan around current resident parking. Our intention is to keep skip deliveries and exchanges to Mondays and Tuesdays wherever possible.
If vehicles parked on the hard standing could be made available to move on these days, it would be greatly appreciated and would help support smooth skip exchanges.
As the works progress across the estate, the skip location is likely to move to the opposing side of the lawn area. This will help improve access and make it easier for the team to dispose of waste on site.
Thank you once again for your continued support, cooperation, and understanding during these works — it is very much appreciated.

Delivery Notifications
Please see below the current schedule for upcoming material deliveries across the estate:

Properties Delivery Date:
6–11 2nd of February
23–24 Approx. 23 February
14–15 9 March
4–5 9 March

Important note:
Delivery dates may be subject to change depending on weather conditions and roofing progress, as these factors can impact delivery schedules.
As you may have already noticed, due to the volume of materials being delivered and the size of the delivery lorry, it is not always possible to place materials directly at the exact working location. For this reason, materials will be delivered to the corner at the front of the estate.
Materials will then be shuttled to the intended working areas as quickly as possible. We apologise for any temporary disruption this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.
General Works Notice
We appreciate that during the course of the works, some areas of lawn and edging may be affected and may temporarily look unsightly. Once the roofing works are complete, we will ensure that any areas disrupted by our activities are made good, including topping up with soil and re-seeding where required.
We would also like to make residents aware of some temporary noise associated with the works:
-
Generator use:
A generator may be in use during times when the roofing team is taking breaks in the welfare unit. Due to the time of year, heating is required to ensure the break area is comfortable. The generator will be switched off when not in use to minimise noise disruption. -
Hoist operation:
The hoist used to lift roof tiles and materials is also powered by a generator. This will not be in constant use and will only operate when materials are being lifted onto the roof.
We will continue to do everything possible to minimise disruption and appreciate your patience and understanding while these essential works are carried out. Thank you for your continued cooperation and support.
